Re: Problem with email notifications

Hello:

 

If everyone in your community is having trouble with notifications, then it may be an issue with your email filters. Have you checked junk folders to ensure that emails aren't getting stuck there? You may need to request that IT whitelists 'do-not-reply@staging.socialcast.com' so those emails don't get blocked.
