I am trying to get a laptop reimage completed, and am wondering about why it is taking sooooooo long. The base layer provisioning goes fine, then the application of multiple app layers appears to go fine, then it seems to get "stuck". I have an app layer that began on 7/8 at 3:26pm and now it's 7/9 at 8:00am and it's still at Status: Downloading (0%). Is there a way to kick start it? Or a "do it now, don't wait" button somewhere? Should I cancel it and start it again or just wait? I need to deliver this laptop but have no idea when it will be completed! Thanks.
Update: I was looking in the log mgmtservice.log and noticed a reference to the laptop that I am working on, and it has an entry dated this morning which includes "ForceSetPendingLayers: False" followed by the identification of the app layer that is remaining in the Downloading (0%) status. Is there a way to force down the pending layers somewhere? Or am I just ridiculoulsy impatient?
